The Douglas Wellington Montgomery papers comprise material relating to D.W. Montgomery's time in Normandy as Surgeon in Charge of 111 Field Surgical Team with the Royal Army Medical Corps. Montgomery arrived in Normandy during the D-Day landings of 6 June 1944 and remained in the area until mid-September 1944. Notable items include a log book listing a record of surgical operations performed by Montgomery during the period June-September 1944, and a typescript report compiled by Montgomery providing an autobiographical account of his experiences during this time. A temporary sign reading 'La mairie est fermee' bears the signatures of 111 Field Surgical Team members.

The Emily Winifred Dickson papers comprise medical certificates, medals, personal items, correspondence, photographs, published material and newspaper cuttings relating to Dickson's life and medical career. The collection also includes documents relating to the family history and genealogy of the Dickson and Martin families.

The Sir Charles Cameron papers comprise material relating to the life and career of Cameron. The collection includes Cameron's personal diaries spanning the period 1870-1921, scrapbooks, and printed works authored by Cameron in his capacity of Chief Medical Superintendent for Health in Dublin.
The William Wallace papers comprise patient catalogues, patient illustrations and published material relating to Wallace's medical career and specifically his study of skin diseases. The illustrations include graphic images of sexual organs.
