College of Surgeons'. Front board detached and spine broken in a number of places.

The name 'Colles' is written on the front cover. Pages are numbered 1 to 239. Includes additional notes about Simon Sheil on the inside front cover.

The pages are numbered 1 to 269. The book was published by Fannin & Co. Medical Booksellers, 41 Grafton Street, Dublin. The manuscript notes at the back run backwards and upside down. Donated to the College by Professor W.I.N Kessel of The Medical School in University of Manchester.
