The pages are numbered 1 to 265. An appendix immediately follows and is numbered 401 to 426. On the inside of the back cover there is 'Index to Mr. Colles's (sic) Lecture's on Surgery. College of Surgeons'. Front board detached and spine broken in a number of places.

Donated to the College by Professor W.I.N Kessel of The Medical School in University of Manchester.
